The customer is a manufacturer of tyre building machines. We have extended complete support in developing the application program. The customer is more satisfied with the OMRON products due to its features and the service support. They have standardized on CQM1H series PLC and soon will be converted to CJ series. We are able to get the orders even there is a competition from siemens and Schneider.
Our main concern is to serve the customer better and gain their confidence in our products and us. The maximum customers we have are the end users were we are providing the maximum service support and system up-gradations are carried out. The production oriented companies like EXIDE INDUSTRIES, AT & S, CR SEALS etc are some of our satisfied customers with maximum numbers of OMRON products.
